Lubing the 0 ring on a paintball gun?
Why are you supposed to lube the o ring on a co2 tank for your paintball gun?
Because it helps keep the o-ring from freezing when you are using the gun, and from drying out when you aren’t- two things which can cause cracking and a failure, which will cause a CO2 leak.
It’s also a good idea to put a drop of oil on the valve of the tank so when you screw in the tank, you’ll lube the internals of the gun as it fills with CO2.
